Bluetip might be a semi-legendary name to some D.C.-area punks, but one of its guitarists isn't willing to remain in the past. Former Bluetip guitarist Brian Clancy's latest act, Dawn of Man, makes its debut March 6 with In the Bronze Age from Postfact
