"Mark Gosney Solo Guitarist" an Instrumental Rock Player
"Mark Gosney Solo Guitarist" based in California has been heard throughout the internet where most of his fans agree that Mark Gosney is a talented premier up and coming instrumental rock player of the coming era; even Marty Friedman thinks that Mark's talent are really good who has enjoyed Mark's music and hoping to hear more.
Having a very extensive musical background, Mark started playing piano at the age of six years old. This talented musician played the piano for fifteen years learning and reading classical pieces. It wasn't until Mark was in college studying more music theory, where he fell in love with a guitar, playing up to or more than fifty hours a week which includes playing & singing in a jazz choir. Also, Mark took guitar lessons from Shrapnel Recording Arist Joey Taffola for three years improving Mark's techniques & application of technical ideas, songs and music. A GIT graduate by the name of Darrin Morris also gave lessons to Mark for two years, where Mark learned more music/mode theory and theoretical techniques requiring to write interesting solid music to sooth the audiences' ears of enjoyment.
Mr. Gosney experience over the last ten years has played in many original bands such as "Crimson Bond" who opened for many named bands including "Vicious Rumors", "Far Beyond The Sun (Jeff Watson)", "Savatage" and others. Mark has the professional talents and experience to play a wide variety of music from pop rock to metal. Mark is currently playing in a band called "The Classic Hawks" sponsored by 104.1FM The Hawk, a classic rock radio station in central California.
Mark will be releasing his new CD soon titled "State Of Mind"
